How do I get the strategy?
Straight after payment you get your licence key and the Sargon add-on for NinjaTrader 8, on the page and by email. The add-on loads the strategy when NinjaTrader starts.
Does it tell me its rules?
No. The strategy is proprietary: it runs its rules by itself and does not show what they are or why. This page tells you the market, the session, how many rules it holds, about how often it trades and how long it holds.
Do I follow it by hand?
No. You switch it on in your own NinjaTrader 8, on your own account, and it places and closes its trades itself: one contract, one position at a time, flat before the close.
Can it run on a funded prop-firm account?
It trades one contract, one position at a time, and closes its position itself before the close, so it never holds a position overnight. Check your firm's own rules before you start.
What data does it need?
NQ Level 2 in NinjaTrader 8: ten levels of market depth, every update, and every trade. Your data feed must include CME market depth for NQ, which your broker or data vendor sells as an add-on.
What does the add-on send to you?
Its licence key, a machine id, and its own name and version, when it starts and once a day. Never market data, and never anything from your account. Our server answers whether the licence is valid and sends the strategy's current version, never instructions to trade and never settings.
On how many computers can I run it?
On two of your computers. A new computer takes a free place while there is one. To move it to another computer, email us.
What if my computer is offline when it starts?
Then it does not trade and tries again every five minutes. It trades from the moment our server answers that your licence is valid. An answer it saved earlier never turns trading on.
Are the results from live trading?
They are simulated on historical data, with every trade charged its cost. The terms of sale say exactly how they are measured.
Why is this strategy bought at your own risk?
It has fewer days of history than the day strategies of Chaldea, it is not statistically verified, and its results are simulated on the recorded order book. The terms of sale say what that means.
Is this investment advice?
No. It is general information and software. Everyone gets the same strategy, and you decide for yourself whether and how to use it.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Manage subscription at the bottom of every page, or by email to us. The subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for, and the add-on stops then. No new payment is taken.
Can I withdraw?
You have 14 days to withdraw, unless you asked us to deliver straight away and confirmed that you then lose the right. Use the form at Withdraw from contract, at the bottom of every page. The details are in our terms of sale.
