When you can withdraw
You may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribed.
When you subscribed, you may have asked us to start delivery straight away and confirmed that you then lose the right of withdrawal. If our first email to you records both, the right ended when delivery began, that is when your key and the add-on came, on the page after payment and by email. If it does not, the right still applies.
Not sure if the right still applies to you? Send the form anyway. We look at your case and answer by email.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling stops a running subscription at the end of the month you have paid for. You do that in Manage subscription, or as our terms of sale describe.

You can also email us at daro@chaldealabs.com. Say that you withdraw from the subscription, and give your name and the email you subscribed with.
You may use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket, in Swedish), but you do not have to.
If you withdraw in time, we pay back what is due within 14 days, the same way you paid. Our terms of sale say how much that is.
